February 28th, 2026 – Coldest Night of the Year Fundraising Walk
February 28th, 2026 – Join the 2 km or 5 km fundraising walk in Cranbrook!
Coldest Night Of The Year is a Canada-wide family-friendly fundraising walk in support of local charities serving people experiencing hurt, hunger, and homelessness… because it’s cold out there. To meet this need, all proceeds from CNOY Cranbrook will be allocated to Community Connections, supporting their new exciting endeavour of developing an apartment complex with 8 – 10 affordable units and a mix of market and below market value units, for a total of 35 units.
Our own Danika Reid is captain of the Cranbrook Coldest Night Of The Year fundraising team ‘Chilly Beans’. You can join the team by going to CNOY.org/Cranbrook. If you have any questions, you can contact her here: [email protected]
Community Connections Society (CCS) of South East BC is a non-profit organization offering over 25 programs from prenatal to seniors. They offer a complement of programs that support individuals in child development, childcare, housing, legal support, women’s services, food security, and parenting. Programs are designed to support and empower individuals and families in Cranbrook and the East Kootenays.
