Confession

‘Forgive us every transgression, voluntary and involuntary. Sanctify our souls and bodies and enable us to serve Thee in holiness all the days of our life . . .’

– from the Prayer of Trisagion, during Divine Liturgy.

If you are coming for communion when you come to Church and haven’t come for confession recently, please contact Fr. Andrew to arrange a time. If you haven’t come in the last year, please contact him to arrange a teaching session to prepare for coming for confession. This is a requirement to be able to receive communion in the Orthodox Church.

“As we approach the Holy Chalice, we believe that in the measure of our repentance, we are forgiven by partaking of the very Sacrament of forgiveness and healing.” (Great Lent: Journey to Pascha)
