Last Harvest of 2023

Yesterday the last of the produce from the church garden was picked (carrots, beans, zucchini, cucumbers, tomatoes, flowers for Food Bank staff) and about 34 lbs was donated with some private donations included. We found some beauties hiding under the foliage. That makes a total of 623 lbs of produce donated for this year. Today, we will be bringing a truck in to haul away what needs hauling and could use help cleaning up the garden since it will be the last nice day before it starts raining tomorrow and freezing/snowing on Wednesday.
