With the Feast!

Note: September 16,17 – We are planning on having our first Vespers and Divine Liturgy (with a baptism) at the church this Saturday and Sunday. Lots of clean up needed this weekend again for anyone who can spare some time.

Today is a bit of a different “feast day” as it is a feast day of the Elevation of the Cross and therefore calls for a strict fast to celebrate this feast.

Please do what you can to honour the spirit of this and take the time to read through the little homily at oca.org to be able to grow in appreciation and enter a little more into the blessing of the feast day.

Soon we will be able to celebrate the feast days with a proper feast day liturgy at the church.
